In order to successfully process your application we need following documents:
- Cover letter
- Detailed CV in English (table form)
- Copies of certificates/job references
- Optional: Photo
1. Cover letter
This concise and clearly structured document should indicate which position you are interested in, what is your motivation, which appropriate experiences you have and when you would be available.
2. Detailed CV in English (table form)
In addition to your personal details the CV should list the various stations of your education and professional experience in a chronological order (please state day/month/year). Required information are the position you held, details about your employer (e. g. size of the hotel, number of stars) as well as a brief description of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you should describe your skills, proficiency and qualifications in particular detail considering that the CV is your “business card” for future employers.
3. Copies of your certificates/job references
Your documents should preferably contain job references from your previous employers (max. 5) as well as diplomas (e.g. university, apprenticeship) and certificates (e. g. language course, further education, STCW-certificate).
4. Optional: Photo
In case you attach a photo, it should preferably be taken by a professional photographer.
